My "Windows 7 experience score" in gaming graphics went from a mere 3.0 to a whopping 6.6! After switching out the standard single-slot mounting bracket for included slim-line dual bracket, I popped it into the PCIe slot(it required no separate power connection), booted up the computer and Windows installed a generic driver just to get it up and running - I then installed the software included on the CD-Rom. Once I had a decent display available to work with(which was painless), I went to nVidia's website to grab the latest drivers and voilà, I'm running "Left 4 Dead 2" and "Dungeons & Dragons: Daggerdale" like a champ! Even though the PNY specs say the card needs to run off of at least a 300 watt PSU, from my own direct experience installing this card in two different beefed-up HP 8000 Elite SFF's (built on a LGA 775 motherboard with a SSD primary drive + 1 Terabyte WD Caviar Blue 7200 rpm HDD data drive + Intel E8600 3.33 Ghz cpu + 8Gb RAM + 2-port USB3 PCIe card + USB3/media card reader + CD/DVD R/W optical drive, running on Windows 7 Professional 64bit) running the stock HP 240 watt PSU's, they have both been running perfectly and aren't stressing at all, according to what my Kill-A-Watt is telling me.
